My approach to children’s yoga is to emphasis fun and healthy choices. The kids get it! We talk about making healthy sandwiches which often include peanut butter, jelly, “salad”, broccoli, cheese and sometimes the kids try to sneak in ice cream! When ice cream comes up we save that for dessert then go through the whole process this time coming up with healthy toppings for our ice cream; mostly fruit.
Let me know if you’d like to know more about how I teach at preschools and how I might put a class together for you and your child.
